New York
Don’t you just love NYC? Me too. I was 5 when I made my first real trip to the Big Apple. My mom actually thought it was a good idea for me to visit my sister who was a freshman at NYU at the time. All I remember is the mouse in her oven, the boy that spent the night, and all of the damn walking she made me do— as if I was old enough to really take in the sights. The picture below is from my sister’s graduation a few years later.
Nowadays, I spend alot of time in NYC, well BK. My brother and his family live in BK and I am the ultimate little sister/ auntie/ nanny. (Yeah all that) I’m typically in BK on average once a month. There is just something about New York that you can’t explain and can’t find anywhere else. The hustle is real. The energy is crazy. I don’t think I could ever live there though. Ever since I moved to California, I act real brand new when it comes to cold weather. Not gonna deal with it. But there is nothing like NYC in the summer!
The last time I was in BK, me and my homie Nick (amazing photographer btw) kicked it in BK and got some dope shots.
