“Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth”- Muhammad AliIn honor of the ending of National Volunteer Week, I wanted to share how important it is that we always make a conscious effort to give back. Never get too caught up in your own life, because at the end of the day your purpose on earth is not all about you. This is me and the social worker of one of the Akanksha schools in Mumbai, India making our rounds in the surrounding communities meeting with the families of the students. Though I thought the role I played was minimal, seeing the faces of families when they realized I came from the U.S. to see about them was priceless.I love people so much y’all. I intend to unite people around the world through my experiences by creating content aimed to educate, influence and inspire. #cantstayput
