I Can’t Stay Put

  |   Uncategorized   |   No comment

It’s been forever.

I know. It makes me cringe.

Who knew traveling too much could be a bad thing? Well, not necessarily “a bad thing” but not really a good thing when you have a site and platform to run simultaneously. When you #cantstayput so much you need to #stayput.

I’ve been traveling so much I haven’t had the time to share all of the stories, pictures and videos of my experiences on here. But then again I have to experience it to be able to really share it. From speaking to middle schoolers in Soweto about following their dreams, to exploring Salt Flats in San Pedro de Atacama, to a 10 hour train ride from Mumbai to Goa,  to modeling in Cape Town, to seeing underwater sculptures in Grenada, to identifying the similarities of race relations in the US and South Africa, I got stories to tell!

The real reason I’m in this bind in the first place is because of all those glitch fares late last year! I also take care of my dad in between CSP experiences. My trip to India, South Africa and Chile were all glitch fare tickets. Pretty hard to pass up cheap flights, especially when you can create opportunities for yourself in those various places. But there is a lesson here: Just because something may be very attractive and easy to get doesn’t mean its necessarily good for you. I sacrificed the upkeep of my site for experiences around the world.

Welllllll, let me be real, as I’m writing and reading this in my head, I’m like “wait a minute what? It mayyyyyy have been worth the sacrifice.” Yeah. Who am I kidding?

In the last 4 months, I’ve been to India, Bermuda, Jamaica, South Africa, Grenada, Chile and now Brazil. I been Can’t Stay Puttin all over the world.

So what does that mean?

I got something super exciting up my sleeve! So many stories to tell, so many dope visuals to show. Instead of the normal way of writing and releasing a video here or there, I got something a bit more major in the works!

Stay tuned:)
